Why has my dedicated server been suspended?
If your dedicated server has been suspended then you will receive an email containing one of the following reasons:
- Terms of Service Violation - Your machine has violated our terms of services agreement. If you wish to find out more information about the suspension then please contact our support team.
- Multiple SPAM Reports - This means that we have received multiple spam reports against your machine's IP address so, in order to protect our IP ranges from being blacklisted, your dedicated server was suspended. Before we will unsuspend your dedicated server you must show us evidence that the issues have been resolved.
- Participating in malicious network activities - We have received reports of malicious traffic from your machine entering another network.
